Blueberries, Greek Yoghurt, Nuts and Cinnamon

This takes minutes to put together for a super quick breakfast and will keep you going until lunch without the need to snack. If you don’t eat nuts, add seeds instead.

 

Ingredients - Serves 1

200g whole 10% fat Greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

20g blueberries

25g pecans, almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts, roughly chopped

Half a teaspoon ground cinnamon

Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and stir in the vanilla extract. Top with the blueberries, nuts and cinnamon.
