Green beans with Parma ham, tomatoes, chilli and fried eggs

Ingredients - Serves 1

1 portion (approx. 240g/8 1/2oz) of Green beans with Parma ham, tomatoes, chilli

1 tablespoon salted or unsalted butter

2 medium eggs

Salt and pepper

Reheat the green beans in the microwave or in a small saucepan over the heat until piping hot. Meanwhile heat the butter in a non-stick pan and fry the eggs to your liking. Season them in the pan. Serve the beans in a warm bowl with the eggs on the side.
