Never mindlessly snack, always drink a glass of water first as it may be that you are thirsty rather than hungry.

However if you really can’t wait for your next meal or don’t want to be tempted by high-carb treats like crisps or honey-coated peanuts then Red Pepper Strips and Cream Cheese are a much healthier substitute.

20g cream chees
