Savoy cabbage buttered tagliatelle with Easy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 2

1 quantity of cabbage tagliatelle

1 quantity of cheese sauce

A few herbs such as thyme or rosemary, finely chopped, optional, to serve

 

Use tongs to pick up the cabbage ribbons from the pan while still warm, letting any water drain into the pan and spiral them into warm serving bowls.

Drizzle over the cheese sauce and finish the dish with a twist of black pepper and a swirl of your best olive oil. Scatter over the herbs, if using.
