Yoghurt with apple, berry jam and walnuts

This makes a quick breakfast or dessert once the Raspberry Chia Jam is made. You could also use the Super Quick Jam. This is surprisingly filling and should keep you going until lunchtime. For a dessert I would make this recipe serve 4.

Ingredients - Serves 2

200g Greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

60g Raspberry or Strawberry Chia Jam

1 small apple, roughly chopped, core removed

40g walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts or almonds

Mix the Greek yoghurt with the vanilla extract and divide between two bowls. Spoon over the chia jam and scatter over the apples and walnuts.

Serve straight away.
